Remember that this is a mailing list for an open source project. Community members provide answers to questions when and if they are able, for free, on their own time. Sometimes questions slip through the cracks as people get busy with other things, particularly their day jobs. Have patience, and do your best to research your problem as best as possible. For what it's worth, I've also posted questions here that have gone unanswered.
