I really hate this kind of unhelpful answers. There might be some reasons they want their versions as is (e.g. they might hate new function in 1.25...), or they have some blockers from upgrading. Whatever it is, what users asking expect is the answer to the question, not an asking for upgrade. Since 1.24 is supported (yet) there is no need to point to upgrade.
