Well that's not completely true.

We at teh Document Foundation have a configuration so our edit links
look like:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/WikiAction/edit/ReleasePlan
and the normal "view" looks like:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan

If you do want to achieve that, check our Wiki configuration at
https://github.com/dennisroczek/TDFWIKI_settings/blob/master/TDFWIKI_LocalSettings.php
