And right you are. It is the FlaggegRevs extension. I had to install it to do some work. Then when I disabled it, everything went back to normal. Also the default skin was set as Vector. I changed some of the settings in the LocalSettings.php file. I did not disable the Vector skin. Just converted all of the site to Metrolook. Much nicer. Thanks for the tips.
