It's my first question here :-)
I've a mediawwiki 1.27.1 here http://drivrsdu.fr/dicof/ . It's ok.
I should want update to 1.28. I've try to follow

I have only ftp to do updates. All files are uploaded, but when I visit
the mw-config page, I've a blank page. It's here :

What's append ? Thanks for your help.
