I would agree with that, but unfortunately that's not the sort of
issue we can easily advise upon as it depends on a myriad of factors,
such as what OS you use, what webserver software, what database server
software etc. You would need to ask your host or sysadmin to
investigate that. If you don't have one, you could post about this on
a Linux forum perhaps, or considering hiring a Linux consultant to
troubleshoot.
