Thanks for your bug report. We usually wait for the development release
to stabilize a bit (e.g. feature freeze, see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LucidReleaseSchedule) before providing packages
(otherwise, they might be outdated very quickly). So it's very likely
that we won't provide up to date ffmpeg packages for lucid before
February 18th.
