Hello,
We are
having a problem with our addendums for departmental reports. How do you
handle electronically signing the addendum? Do you have it set where you
have to "unsign" the original report and attach an addendum, then the
original dictating physician has to sign off on both? Please let me know
how other facilities are handle any addendums.
