Hello All. We recently topped off CS 5.5.1 to 5.5.2 and suddenly our background job server that handles Lab Labels and other Lab print jobs is spiking performance between Midnight and 1:00am or so. The Lab prints future orders around that time and when the BG server spikes those jobs get lost and so far rebooting the background job machine is the only fix. Meditech TECH personnel has been looking at this from many angles and it seems the latest vmagic print manager is somehow suspected. I know when we went to 5.5.1 print jobs over 10 minutes would just disappear and even though the job said complete if it were a download for example, no file existed. MT has stated that is a distinctly different problem etc. Has anyone else ran into printing issues that have been resolved with 5.5.2? this has been dragging on for 2 weeks of coming in at Midnight to boot a machine....any advice, thoughts or experience with similar issues would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Jerry E.
