We experienced problems with Meditech Document Manager version 5.31 when we upgraded to CS version 5.5.2. Specifically, any reports taking longer than a few minutes to compile would simply vanish. Print jobs would never make it to the printer, previews would never get to the screen, downloads would never get to the directory. Version 5.37 of the Doc Manager resolved this. I think technically this version is still in QC status, but I don’t think we’re the only site using it.
I did have one flaky experience with this new Doc Manager version: while simultaneously sending a standard report to my screen and an NPR report to a file, the wires got crossed, so to speak, and the data from my download NPR report ended up on my screen. Very weird, but it hasn’t happened again.
