Any incoming Heat and Speed settings will over-ride the settings on the printer. You’d need to disable the incoming heat and speed commands. On the printer Go to COMMUNICATIONS – HOST SETTINGS. Scroll to HEAT COMMAND and DISABLE. Do the same with the SPEED COMMAND.
Now the printer will determine the HEAT and SPEED.
