We had some inventory issues with patient transfers. Found there was an existing PHA DTS to correct, and got it fixed in a day... after fighting the problem for weeks... The stock in each does not match and all the patients on the floor show up on each machine as configured now. We currently have these set up at the cart level in MAGIG 5.4SR3. This means that 1/2 of the time the pharmacist must change the inventory since MT defaults in the first inventory in the list. On drugs in both machines everything still works fine if they forget. We haven't built any rules to stop it. To make it work correctly, these machines need to be set up at the next level up (Location). There are messages in the archive. Search for my name. Then the inventories will default in correctly. It was determined that it would take to much $$$$ to make those changes here so we haven't done it. Make sure you do an archive search.
