Depends on which "new" you're referring to. We implemented the InfoTurn program a little over a year ago, now we're implementing the HCAHPS program, both administered by Press-Ganey, both fairly straightforward NPR report downloads. Actually, HCAHPS just required a few more data fields. Pretty simple flat file format, the difficult part is determining the selection criteria - not difficult to code, just difficult to get everyone at the hospital to agree to the same criteria.
