Here's what we are using for P-G... (see attached files - one main report under ABS.PAT and one fragment under ADM.PAT.) Note that there is a fragment call in the line check for the main report, so you'll have to adjust that for your own facility. Also pay attention to the macro, as that is where we code all the languages (will have to be adjusted based on your own dictionary entries) and codes used by Press-Ganey. Also, the second variable (xx.client) will have to be changed to reflect your own client number. Douglas B.
