Out of Office replies are kind of annoying, but tolerable when considering the amount of good help being shared on the L. The HTML vs. Plain Text debate should be a simple issue of security. HTML mail is not nearly as secure as plain text. I am sure almost all users here have HTML reading ability in their mail clients, but many of us choose consciously not to use HTML by default.
