I'll take the icing please. We have LSS and a residency program. We are
just implementing co-sign in EAR however so not a lot of experience here
yet. We are about 75% POM.

You have alerted me to a problem however and I will file.

This is what I'm seeing. I set myself up for cosign in MIS and EAR with
a few cosigners (I am the junior provider, they are the senior). In POM
the junior person entering the orders gets a list of cosigners and, now
that you have alerted me, I see that all those potential cosigners in
EAR ARE actually getting the orders I entered in POM and OE to cosign.

We only want the senior providers to get clinic notes to cosign, not all
inpatient orders done in POM.

The POM person can (painstakingly) delete all the cosigners out and
then it removes it from MIS. Weirdly when I then went into EAR and
submitted a document and was correctly prompted with the list of cosign
providers for that practice. I checked the senior signers queue and the
document was actually there.

I entered orders in AOM and was not prompted for a cosigners. This works
for us as we only require cosign for the visit.

Is this what you are seeing also?

I posted this last week, and only received one response (thanks Icky!)

Once more, is ANYONE using Meditech's co-signing feature? Icing on the
cake if you also have LSS...

We're having problems in OE Orders since implementing PWM for a
residency program, and I'm wondering if I'm not out on the bleeding edge
here... and I'm still waiting for a response from Meditech... (pushing
two weeks now).

Thanks,
