afternoon,
We are a C/S 5.4.2
and using the PCS Occurrence feature. We have encountered a
problem where discontinuing an occurrence will result in the
replication of the active occurrences. For example, we have two pulse
occurrences - Left Brachial and Right Femoral. When
we discontinue the Right Femoral and File, the document screen
will display 4 active occurrences - Left Brachial, Right Femoral,
Left Brachial, Right Femoral. Only the Left Brachial should display.
This problem is inconsistent and cannot be reproduced in our TEST
environment. Has any other PCS customers experienced this issue? If
so, what was the resolution? We haven't been able to make much
progress with MEDITECH.
Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
