Hi Kervin
We are 5.3 SR 6 and are experiencing this issue as well. We have had a task open with MT since Aug 2005. We had the following DTS's patched PCS 1955 Repeatable issues with discontinue (keys reverse order) and insert
PCS 1941 Unable to file documentation if you only Discontinue an Occurrence. This caused an Evaluator Program Counter Error, Magic Error,Evaluator
Program Counter 77278" which users are unable to use the spreadsheet option, so we had to have it removed from LIVE.
I can't believe how long MT takes to resolve issues that staff have to put up with everyday in LIVE.
If you get any answers please let me know,
Eileen

Good afternoon,
We are a C/S 5.4.2 and using the PCS Occurrence feature. We have encountered a problem where discontinuing an occurrence will result in the replication of the active occurrences. For example, we have two pulse occurrences - Left Brachial and Right Femoral. When we discontinue the Right Femoral and File, the document screen will display 4 active occurrences - Left Brachial, Right Femoral, Left Brachial, Right Femoral. Only the Left Brachial should display. This problem is inconsistent and cannot be reproduced in our TEST environment. Has any other PCS customers experienced this issue? If so, what was the resolution? We haven't been able to make much progress with MEDITECH.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
