At our facility we have nurse practitioners dictating H&P's for our attending cardiologists. It is of significant concern to the cardiologists that the EMR under 'Other reports' lists the dictating NP and not the cardiologist (even though the field is titled 'Dictated by'. If you have information to support or not support this concern, please forward that information to me asap.
