Hi "L" users We recently changed our connections to xyplex 1620 termservers and are using the 8.1 version of O/S on OSAL servers. Recently we have been experiencing problems with printing of lab labels on our Prodigy and Prodigy + label printers. All of our termservers and label settings are set according to Meditech's recommendations. The label formats themselves have not been edited. We are finding in certain instances, patient labels overwriting a subsequent label for another patient. Meditech does not seem to have a solution to this problem. Has anyone else gone through a problem with label printing after connecting to Xyplex termservers? Any information would be appreciated.
