Hello Barbara,

We discharge our RCR's monthly, except for our non-chemo infusion which
is billed as RCR daily.  All of our clinical documentation appears in
PCI including NUR.  In PCI you look for the Med Rec for the patient and
find the information you need.  No one seems to have a problem here with
clinical information for RCR.
