Does anyone have a better mousetrap? Meditech 5.5 allows the debiting of a discontinued med. I am told that some sites use this functionality. They created a rule for us that warns the user that they are about to debit a discontinued med, but the only option the user has is to click OK. This then debits the med anyway. Meditech says the rule is only to warn the user and they then have to go back and fix their mistake. There has to be a better way.
Can anyone help with this? Thanks
