Anyone willing to share information pertaining to their implementing a Centralized Scheduling Department. What are the pros and cons? Has it worked? Was it received well by Medical Staff? What departments do you schedule for? Any information would be appreciated. We are definitely going forward with this endeavor. We presently use CWS, MSM but everything is decentrailzed.
