We have a systems administrator, Telecommunications specialist, 2 hardware techs. One and one half clinical support specialists and one and one half administrative module support specialists. Let me explain. I support OE/EMR, Lab, Pharmacy dictionaries, acute care PCS, and Long Term care OE/EMR and PCS. I also work with the ancillary departments in ITS when it relates to OE or Long Term Care. Limited NPR report writing. Susan supports ITS, PACS, Pharmacy as other clinical NPR report writing. She does scheduling, MM, ESS FA. She's our half clin/half adm person. Regina does GL, AP, ADM, MRI, ABS, B/AR, PP and the administrative NPR report writing. We all do our own troubleshooting when it comes to background jobs and MIS.
