I think the best "bang for your buck" is to send the users to MUSE. I know our region (V), and the International meetings have pre-session training days. You get to meet peers, and folks experienced in the real world of applications. Plus, they are at a great conference! Another great option is to have a vendor (pick one from the MUSE Matters) do an onsite training. You could even share the expense with other Meditech hospitals in your area.
