Our central schedulers send a MOX message to our staff in charge of the provider dictionary that includes as much detail as possible along with the date of service. We research their credentials and then enter them as non-staff providers. That way we are sure that the provider is properly licensed and that reports get to where they need to. (i.e.: same day transmission of results to Provider) Please keep in mind that the Provider in question has never been entered into our Provider dictionary.
