We would like a down and dirty worksheet for the nurses to print out and use for short scheduled downtimes, like server maintenance downtime which is typically monthly and 1-2 hours. We are live in one unit with eMAR and bringing the others online shortly. Does anyone have an NPR they use that includes just a few elements of the paper MAR? I'm looking for a report that will list each med, basic pieces of the order, and its schedule on only one line. In other words, I don't need the dose instructions, label comments, start and stop date, etc. For example: Synthoid 100mcg po Daily 0900 Amoxicillin 500mg po BID 0900 2100 Proventil Nebs 3ml inhalation Q4H 0400 0800 1200 1600 2000 Maybe a custom profile report would work?
