I seen success (and yes, it still involves set up) of creating a user group that only contains students, that way they are not mixed in with the regular employees, which leads to ease of maintenance and access set up.  I think it's important to have the actual documenter on the record, no matter what their status, student or employee.

Hi,
I need some information about how students are set up in the Meditech
system.  We are LIVE with BMV/ eMAR and we currently set up the Instructor,
train him/her and the student documents med administration under that
password.  It has worked well.
In July we are going LIVR with NUR Documentation and are wondering how you
all set up your students.  If we give them each a sign on and password, that
would be a lot of setting up and deactivating users. If we set up only
instructors, we cannot connect a student's name to the documentation.
Can anyone share with us what you are doing with this.
I appreciate any information that you could offer.
Thanks,
Patti Lawing
