We have our parameters set to 370 days. But we also have the "Ignore Patient's Last Edit Date in File Maintenance" set to "N", so whenever an edit is filed on an account, it "restarts the clock" and the file maintenance counter is reset .. But we've also upgraded the Meditech servers several times within the past couple of years, so we have lots of space.
