We are a magic 5.4 site and are working on using FTP to transfer scheduled, spool reports of LAB Patient Data to secure data bases outside of meditech within our secure network. In our testing we were using the LIS MASTER log and the select options for DOC/CLIENT, PT STATUS, etc to sort our spooled reports. We would like to see if anyone is using FTP in this manner and what NPR report they are using. Since the LIS MASTER log report is "Hardcoded" according to meditech, we are unable to initialize this as a custom report so that we can change the report file name each time this report is spooled. Can anyone suggest an alternative report or might be willing to share a custom NPR report that they are using? Thank you Mark D.
