We have just completed a move to a newly configured (and larger) room across the hall from our old, overheated computer room. The new room was redone from scratch. There is a massive UPS in our basement that feeds the power outlets where the racks are plugged in. There is also a massive heating/cooling/humidifier/dehumidifier at one end of the room with 18 vents in that room; it keeps the temp outside the racks at 60-70 degrees (of course the temp inside the racks is a bit warmer.) I'm looking forward to hiding out in there when the summertime temperatures outside start to soar. Douglas B. We were curious is anyone else has experience problems in the past with cooling issues and if so how you have resolved them. Do you have a redundant airconditioning system, sealed off room or something to that nature? Any tidbits would be greatfully appreciated.
