Good Morning and HAPPY FRIDAY, Nancy. We are MAGIC 5.4.3. Attached are two NPR reports that we use to print Admission labels on our Prodigy Plus and I-4208 printers. At the top of the label is the Unit Number in a Code 128 bar code. At the bottom of the label is the Account Number in Code 128 bar code. Sandwiched in between is the usual patient demographic info. These reports have been used for about four years.
