My suggestion is to pay the extra money for a Fujitsu 4120c, it is well worth it. We started with the Ambirs and had nothing but problems so we ended up replacing all of them. They have been discontinued and we have had a couple break recently. I checked with Valco and their list of scanners doesn't really include a replacement price wise. Has anyone run into any issues with this and what have you replaced these scanners with?
