Patti, Implementation slogans are a great way to get a positive spin on a not so pleasant install. I have used the book "Catch The Energy & Release the Potential - FISH" by Stephen C. Lundin for a slogan and then put fish everywhere. I did a whole poster for the implementation timeline with fishing rods, boats, and fish. Each time we would pass a phase a Fish would go in the boat. And, when someone did a great job they would get a Fish on the cubical. I know I am a dork but it worked to keep the hospital motivated and it was fun. Oh, and it is a good book too. Physician Mnemonic: Use six characters- first three letter of last name, first three letters of first name. The same name exceptions: Usually there is a different middle initial- but the approach below really helps ADM folks. Mnemonic Name DOEJOH1 Doe,John MD DOEJOH2 Doe,John A MD (note: no space after the comma) For JR, etc: Use the same mnemonic format, first three letter of last name, first three letters of first name.
