David Not sure if you are aware of this or not but you can give people access to a module without really giving them access. This would solve your situation, though. On Page 2 of the MIS User Dictionary give them the Appl DB needed but under Menu put an *. This gives that user access to the Appl DB for running reports but they have no menu attached so they can't access anything else and it doesn't show up on the Appl DB list when they sign in to the system either. So, while there is a little work involved to adding this to all the users necessary, it is a great way to allow users to run reports in a module that they otherwise don't need access to. We use this quite frequently for this reason. I was hoping to be able to avoid that. Hi All, I have written a report in ADM.PAT that utilizes the room and bed index to pull a list of currently admitted patients, and then pull the height and weight queries from OE admin data. Now we need to add the report to a large number of who do not have the adm module set up for them, which will block them from running the report. Does anyone have any ideas to deal with this?? Can I move the report to OE? Dave Pearce Programmer / Analyst River Valley Health Ph. (506) 452-5984 Joe Cocuzzo Vice President NPR Services Iatric Systems, Inc.
