We are about to embark on a single sign-on rollout next month. Would any Meditech facilities out there who've successfully implemented single sign-on be willing to share how you rolled it out? We're not so much interested in the technical part; we think we've got that nailed. We want to know things like: -who went first and why? -did you go department-by-department or big bang? -did you have any users who absolutely refused to use the new technology? -what were the "gotchas"? -what would you do differently if you had to do it over again?
