Make your queries conditionally required and make them required immediately upon that condition. Put this attribute on queries A and B: REQI=[ANS,"YOURQUERY"]|0="Y" Replace YOURQUERY with the name of the query earlier on the CDS that you mentioned. This will make the user answer query A and B before getting to query C. HTML will be converted to attachments. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== Hello Listers, I am working on a CDS for our endocrine center. This is the description of what I am trying to get: These queries will not be asked unless another query in the same CDS is answered "Y". Then, Query A and Query B must both be completed before Query C can be answered. I understand the basic premise of the conditional query, however, Queries A and B are date fields, not Y/N queries. How do I make sure that both dates must be filled in before the third query can be answered? Wendy A.
