Just went LIVE last Saturday:
1. Pre-LIVE, tons of issues with POM, OM and EDM. All reported to MEDITECH and all but 2 fixed prior to LIVE. I think we had an additional dozen or so DTSs to be moved after the update, but all done the same day.
2. Ongoing tons of issues with EPS and Clinical Review - nothing new
3. On LIVE day, Nursing Status board showed 'Xfer' for orders that were present prior to the downtime (should have been 'Ack'). No resolution; solved itself as patients discharged.
4. Getting reports now that the 'Res' indicator is coming back on after new results have already been viewed. Can't reproduce it, but have heard it from several users.
None of the above proved to be show stoppers - but the usual annoyance that I guess happens with any installation/upgrade.
