Hello,
We have added queries to our registration screens to capture patient's primary language, their preferred language for healthcare decisions, and access to free interpreter services. We would like to provide automated email notification to our language coordinator when an interpreter is needed. Most of our hospitals are on C/S at 5.4 -5.5sr2. Is there a third party solution to script an email notification in the event that the query is set to Y on a registration. I could see a solution to script the report to a network printer, but we would like to reduce paper. I am looking for some suggestions on a process to notify the interpreter electronically.
