My physical assessment is on a separate CDS that only RN's can document on and
my query links to the POC comes from that part of the admission assessment
only. You can put attributes on the physical assessment queries that will skip
those queries if the user is an LPN. This involves putting an attribute on each
query, but might be less rework for you than creating a new CDS. This attribute
will skip if the nurse type in not an RN:
