The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing
• Three to five years of relevant clinical experience or educational equivalent, including current work experience in a Meditech environment with proficient clinical Meditech experience.
• Recent Human Resources Development experience preferred to include teaching clinical computer courses.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and community.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
• Responsible for occasional off shift in-service and education programs.
• Must be able to travel between entities.
