I was not part of the selection team, but I am told that EDM was insufficient. We have T-system live, and we are putting the final touches on the Lab interface. Our ED was oversold and therefore unhappy to learn that an "orders to lab" interface would cost extra, and that only the Lab module results will interface back to T-system.
