From our pharmacy director:

Since the conversion to 5.5 SR2 we have been experiencing the patient transfer function not consistently being transferred to Pyxis successfully. Random patients have the correct room number but the "Nursing Unit" field in Pyxis does not change. We have also seen the location get transferred to the Visit Nurse Unit but not the "Nursing Unit" field. We expected no changes with the pyxis interface with 5.5 SR2, but something is happening that is puzzling us.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks!
