We will be going live with PCM in August and we have evaluated and identified the hardware which we will be supplying our staff physicians. I am curious if other sites who have supplied medical staff with tablets or laptops have created any kind of use agreement which would cover loss or breakage? We intend to supply this equipment to individual physicians and allow them to take this equipment home with them for remote access. Would you mind sharing the basics such as: 1. Who is responsible for the well being of said equipment? 2. If the physician is EVER financially responsible is it after a given number of losses? Thanks in advance for any responses.
