I've found drug monographs on the printer that no
one has printed and which are on inpatients. This happens infrequently, but
didn't start until 5.5 SR2 (Magic). Has anyone else encountered this
problem?
If so, what is causing it and is there a fix. It is
no big problem but does waste paper. The pharmacists are swearing that they are
not hitting PM in the process orders screen. Also, the drugs vary, but I've seen
several for regular insulin.
