Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland is currently recruiting for two senior systems analysts. GBMC includes Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC), Central Maryland's leading community hospital; Hospice of Baltimore, which provides comfort and care to patients with life-limiting illnesses; the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Community Health Center, which offers comprehensive health and family services to the residents of East Baltimore; and the GBMC Foundation, which supports the GBMC mission by managing fund-raising efforts. The 300-bed Medical Center, located on a beautiful suburban campus, serves nearly 22,000 inpatients annually as well as providing some 50,000 emergency room visits. Both positions will support our healthcare information systems, one with a focus supporting our surgical information system (GE-ORMIS/iPath) and the other support our Meditech client server clinical applications, including Pharmacy and BMV. We are looking for experienced software support analysts with healthcare knowledge and experience. Project management and a proven track record of great customer service is a plus. GBMC focuses on implementation and configuration of vendor applications and does not do custom programming or life cycle development.
