Hi, we are in the process of developing a downtime procedure where any clinical documentation that would normally be online would be on paper. The paper would be scanned and viewable from PCI. We would like to have a patient note entered indicating that during XX time on XX date, there may be documentation scanned, rather than entered on-line. Rather than entering the note on each patient manually, we would like to automate. Has anyone automated this process through Meditech (or other ways, i.e. scripting)?
