Title: Client Server - Echocardiogram Reports
Would anyone be willing to share how your set up your Echocardiogram reports in ITS? (Our facility is C/S 5.4 SR1...soon to update to 5.5 SR2.)
Currently, our facility is pulling canned text into the document, then typing in the values. However, the appearance is not great. Also, the cardiologist is saying that for accreditation, he may have to put the reports in a table format.
Could anyone tell me how your echo reports are built? Any advice would be appreciated!
