Good Afternoon “L”ers MT 5.5 sr1 I have an issue with outpatient bill types for reoccurring accounts.
We do not interim bill and cut off every 30 days for these bills. When I use
the Calc TOB check on the claim form it gives me 132,133,134 bill types. Is
