We are Magic 5.5 SR2 and had a similar problem with only one user. This one user (the rest were OK and we don't use tech order entry of unverivied orders and instead use pharmacist order entry in a verified state) would get kicked to good-bye only when entering certain medications and only when he would edit the label comments. After a couple of months, Meditech finally patched in DTS 7601 which has so far solved the problem. This DTS might fix your problem. You might also want to ask for DTS 7336 which was the first DTS that Meditech tried but it didn't solve the problem, but may still be necessary for DTS 7601 to work properly.
